By signing up as a Mitra Volunteer, I agree to the following:

• More Than an NGO—A Family: I am joining Mitra not just as a volunteer but as part of a family that believes in selfless service, kindness, and humanity.
• Selfless Service with Mitra: I am here solely to help those in need, without expecting any payment, reward, or personal benefit in return.
• Volunteering by Choice: I confirm that I am becoming a Mitra Volunteer out of my own free will, with a genuine intention to serve and support others.
• Commitment & Availability: I am ready to help whenever possible, including offering support 24/7 based on my availability and capacity.
• Respect & Kindness: I will always treat those I assist with compassion, dignity, and respect, fostering a positive and safe environment within Mitra.
• Integrity & Responsibility: I will act ethically, responsibly, and in a way that upholds the mission and values of Mitra.
• Confidentiality & Privacy: I understand the importance of privacy and will not share or misuse any sensitive information of those I assist through Mitra.
• Neutrality & Inclusivity: I respect all religions, beliefs, and political views. While being a Mitra Volunteer, I will not promote my own religion or political opinions. My sole purpose here is to help others and find peace of mind through service.
• Flexibility & Accountability: While I commit to helping, I understand that if I need to step back, I will communicate responsibly with Mitra to ensure smooth continuity.
• Proud to Be a Part of Mitra: Mitra is not just an organization—it is a family that is always there for me, just as I am here for those in need. I take pride in being a Mitra Volunteer and serving with sincerity, respect, and dedication.
